Healthcare For The Heart

Here, we are going to be talking about the ways to provide healthcare for the heart. there are many ways to provide healthcare for the heart, which we'll get to discuss later on but first lets look at the heart and its functions.
                                                                The Heart
the heart together with the blood vessels(circulatory system) helps to supply oxygen and nutrients to every cell in the body. the heart is the foundation of a physically balanced life at any stage, but especially as you begin to age. the health of the heart determines how far or how much we can do most of the things that we do on daily basis. to a great degree, the health of the heart and the circulatory system is accountable to how far you can walk, how late you can dance and how long you can run. the heart is a hollow muscle and when it contracts, it forces blood to surge out through the arteries to the lungs, where the blood can get oxygen that was collected from the atmosphere. from the lungs,  the blood returns to the heart and is pumped into other parts of the circulatory system, which then carries the oxygen-rich blood through the arteries to the innermost parts of the body. once the blood has given its load of oxygen to the cells, it circulates through the veins, back to the heart where the whole process starts again. normally, the heart and circulatory system provides a constant supply of oxygen and nutrients and this is the main baby(responsibility) of the circulatory system. when there is a problem with any part of the circulatory system, it may not function as well and that is why it is very important to provide good healthcare to the heart because heart and circulatory diseases are the leading causes of death in adults. below are measures and information about how to  reduce your risk and manage these diseases.

6 Habits That Can Lead To Health Disorder

Good day, i find this post interesting because we as humans, there are some things we do in our everyday life that we don't even know is very harmful to our health. I'll discus about the little i know and the ones gotten from the numerous research that I've done. like the popular saying goes "health is wealth". most times we cut short our life span through the constant practice of one irrelevant habit or another. below are some things we do in our every day life that can cause damage to our health:

1.Smoking
2.Alcohol
3.Eating without exercise
4.Drug abuse
5.Excess intercourse
6.Constant consumption of a class of food.

1.Smoking:smoking is the intake of acidic air from cigarette that goes directly to the lungs which will later go to the blood stream. a large number of the people living on earth are smokers, both male and female. most of them are lads that know little or nothing about the dangers of smoking. like i said earlier on, smoking is a life span reducer. cigarette is a product that is hardly advertised and most makers of cigarette always give a warning against smoking, this is to tell you how dangerous and unhealthy smoking is. most diseases have their roots traced down to smoking, like heart attack, cancer of the lungs e.t.c.

2.Alcohol:  taking of alcohol once in a while in little quantities can be a little safe but when it is taken regularly in large amounts, it can be very dangerous and hence become a serious problem. if you're that type that can drink up a truck load of alcoholic wine or rum, then you need to drop such habit, if the need arise then you should just take a little (don't take at all if you can). alcohol just like any other bad habit has a way of breaking down the pillars of good health. the more you take, the more you get addicted to it and when you get addicted to alcohol that's the beginning of the end of good health for you.

How To Stop Smoking

Smoking passes highly acidic smokes directly to the lungs. since the lung is the respiratory organ responsible for breath and its main function is to transport oxygen from the atmosphere directly to the bloodstream and give out carbon dioxide, smoking indirectly transports contaminated smokes to the lungs as oxygen which will go to the blood stream thereby causing harm to your circulatory system and general health. smoking is a life span reducer, a slow killer, it starts by destroying the lungs before moving over to the heart. a person that is into smoking can easily stop the habit by following these procedures.

                                                 Ways To Stop Smoking  
  1. Mindset: to stop smoking, you'll really have to make up your mind if you mean to stop. now your mind is made up on quitting smoking. you can do anything but not everything. stopping smoking is one  thing any smoker can do because you weren't born with the habit, its just something you started on your own or by peer pressure. quitting smoking is easy but not as easy as starting it.
  2. Avoid friends that smoke or places you're likely to smoke: this is really important . avoiding friends that smokes doesn't mean you should avoid them totally, just give them some distance. avoid going to places where you normally mean to smoke. trying to quit smoking is in vain if you still hangout with your fellow smokers. try mixing up with non-smokers that see smoking as a risk to their health.
  3. Avoid being idle/lonely: lonely and idleness can make you go back to your dropped habit . always be in the midst of friends or try to keep yourself positively busy by reading or playing one of your favorite games.
  4. Talk to a friend: try talking to a friend will help you stop the habit. tell him/her you want to stop the smoking and you're never going back. you should only talk to a friend who has been against your smoking habit and someone that believes and trusts you. make a vow to someone dear to you who has kicked against your smoking habit, by doing this, it makes you feel like you owe him/her something and can not afford to let them down.
  5. pray:the ultimate of them all and the easiest. just believe in God and what you ask of him and it will happen. if all seems to fail, this medium can never fail you. no matter who/what you are, you just need to believe and ask through Jesus and he will never fail you.amen. 
Another factor why smokers need to stop smoking is because it increases their risk of other asbestos related cancers apart from mesothelioma.

first, you should take a glass of water before the evening meals,before eating something,not just anything . heavy meals in the evening is not proper,that's why we made this list of foods to be eating by that time because your health is our concern.eating heavy in the evening can be harmful to your digestive system and it can disrupt your sleep.in the evening and make you gain instead of lose fat, the digestive system works less,so eating of heavy meals in the evening can lead to indigestion which in turn is not good for your health.

  1. The Heart:the heart is the major functional part of the body. as we all know, it works to keep us alive, so we must ensure to keep it safe. the heart unlike other organs of the body, requires special treatment and attention and its rate is the main factor to be considered in the issue of fat loss. most things on our every day life is traced down to our heart for support and energy, things like running, dancing, walking and other energy required activities. when you develop a problem of the heart, that's  when you start doing less of these things because the heart can no longer back up these activities and you'd be prone to other diseases.
                             Ways To Keep The Heart Going  
there are a few tips to keep the heart in a good state, and these include:
  • Think Less:we all know that thinking a lot is not advisable for health. always try not to think unnecessarily or do anything of such. if you're being troubled by anything, just take a deep breath and relax or take a juice drink and lie down and try to stay around friends as much as possible.
  • avoid getting angry:if you're that kind of person that flares up so easily then you really need to change your approach to issues to avoid quick rise of temper. anger is one of the major problems that leads to heart disorders. little things get you angry to the point that you start yelling at the  top of your voice. it is not proper to keep up with such character, especially when you're growing older e.g 40yrs and above. anger is very risky to your health in general and your heart in particular. there are many things you should overlook or if it needs your attention, you should speak in a soft tone even when its annoying. try all your best not to get angry by any means. always be easy.
